Chris Christie loses his appeal to the New Jersey supreme court by unanamous decision. Thus ends his quest to deny marriage rights to same sex couples in New Jersey. Same sex marriage was highly popular in that state, but Christie, thinking himself presidential material, cared more about winning red state primaries than the welfare of his own neighbors.
