A parent in the Grossmont Union High School District of southern California, filed a discrimination claim, saying his daughter should not have to share restrooms or dressing areas with lesbian students. The parent, Paul Scott, alleged discrimination and intolerance by "not addressing a very clear right of privacy violation" that required the girl to share facilities with homosexual students and staff. Grossmont Union High School District officials, who recently demanded that the Anti Defamation League remove footage dealing with homosexuality from its tolerance and diversity training film, rejected his claim.
