My. God<\/a>&#8230;.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Birthday Party, Upper West Side, Monday, 8PM<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Momentarily abandoned by the two people at the party that I know well, I am engaged in conversation by a yellow <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Crocs<\/span>-wearing, pop-collared, <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">fauxhawked<\/span> <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">angertwink<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Angertwink<\/span>:<\/strong> So, Rob said you are a writer?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">JMG<\/span><\/strong>: Depends on your definition. Wait, is that on the <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">internet<\/span>?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">JMG<\/span>:<\/strong> What, you seriously don&#8217;t know about blogs?<\/p>\n<p><strong>AT:<\/strong> Um, I don&#8217;t know, I guess I do. Like, name one.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">JMG<\/span>:<\/strong> Well, I guess one of the most famous ones is Andrew Sullivan&#8217;s&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>AT:<\/strong> Andrew&#8230;. <em>who<\/em>? Oh, right! That guy who killed Gianni <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">Versace<\/span>!\n<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8230;and I have to open a Google Image page and first I Google &quot;Crocs clothing&quot; because I figure it&#8217;s an article of clothing he&#8217;s talking about.<\/p>\n<p>Oh Sweet Jesus&#8230;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"205\" alt=\" \" src=\"http:\/\/www.shoppingblog.com\/pics\/crocs.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><em>No!&nbsp; No!&nbsp; No!<\/em> &nbsp; <em>Please dear God keep those goddamned things off of cute guys! &nbsp; <\/em>Next I have to Google &quot;faux hawked&quot;&nbsp; <em>Ugh.&nbsp; Those&#8230;&nbsp; <\/em>Then I Google &quot;popped collar&quot;&nbsp;&nbsp; <em>Meh&#8230;&nbsp; <\/em>Then I Google &quot;angertwink&quot; and I&#8217;m back at <a href=\"http:\/\/joemygod.blogspot.com\/2006\/01\/new-favorite-word-angertwink.html\">Joe. (Example: <a href=\"http:\/\/myoclonus.blogspot.com\/2005\/12\/one-week.html\">here<\/a>).
