Following the herd is too much work. Being different just for the sake of being different is too much work. Eventually you see that it&#8217;s faking it either way. I never worried about my artistic &#8220;style&#8221; because I knew the moment I started obsessing about that it would stop being genuinely me. Morals aside (which you really do need to think carefully about) you really needn&#8217;t worry about Who You Are.
