Because they&#8217;re local and I like them lots, and whoever is running their kitchen knows what they&#8217;re doing, and their carry-out process seems way more COVID safe than Corner Stable, which makes you walk inside their tiny restaurant (it really was at one time a corner stable) and walk all the way to the back by the bar.<\/p>\n<p>A friend on Facebook pointed out that this didn&#8217;t look so good for a heart patient to be snarfing down. I laughed. My heart? My heart? I thought it had died of loneliness years ago and the rest of my body was just living on inertia and disbelief.
